OMG!!!! I just got off the phone with local news anchor - The TroubleShooter - anyway - I had remembered a while back they used to show pictures of dead beat dads on the news (ya know men who were behind on C/s and not seeing their kids.) Anyway....I contacted them with an idea about DEAD BEAT MOMS and they loved it. The anchor herself called me and are getting ready to start doing a story and air it!
They're going to BM's work, home and whatever to interview her - put her face on TV to ask WHY she refuses to allow her child to see his DAD!
I LOVE IT!!
I'm so excited I cannot stand myself!!!!

I've seen a show like that...I recall seeing the segment about the deadbeat dads. It is true that most of the time, the media does not focus on moms AND dads with primary custody but keep their children from associating with the non-custodial parent.
Let me know how this thing turns out.

Oh my goodness! That is such a wonderful idea, not sure what city/state you're in but you must record it and provide a link so we can view it. Well, that is unless You Tube beat ya to it. You have a great point, though! There are a lot of dead beat moms out there as well as the dads! Excited for you!  ) |

wbmama, what are the chances of her finding out u set her up for this? And what exactly are u getting out of it? If its for ur own pleasure, its no wonder why it seems like bm keeps coming at ya. U set ur own self up for her bs. Wbmama not like that but, Dont u have more important things to do? Im just trying to figure out why go there if ur so tired of her mess? Is it all about the last laugh to u? Because u seemed to be one of the most experienced of US all, but it appears to me that u still havent learned..

I think if wbmama is doing to show there is an even ground in regards to being a dead beat parent that is wonderful. Men are often stero-typed to be a dead beat father when in fact we have plenty of mothers that fall into that category as well.
Anytime two parents are not doing what's in the best interest of the child, they're a dead beat, not just the financial aspects of it.

Of course I understand that, but the minute those people arrive at the bm's work or home. The Bm is going to know exactly who put her up to that, and besides what are the chances of her wanting to participate. This is just going to raise the mess bar back up a notch and from what I understand wbmama is tired of bm's crap. So why keep involving urself?
