My SD visits with her mother on weekends, when she shows up. Over this past weekend my SD came home again with incomplete homework. DH has spoken with her several times regarding my SD making sure her homework is done before dropping her off Sunday evening because it is time for her to get ready for school the next day and she generally doesn't have time to complete homework before bed.
This time I asked my SD why she did not complete her homework, even though it is not her responsibility as a 6-year-old to remember these things. My SD informed me that she showed BM her homework and told her what she needed to complete and her mother ignored her. So, as usual, I made sure she completed her homework for school.
My question is this... I have documentation of this on numerous occassions. Before taking this information before a judge I was wondering if there were any other suggestions regarding how to deal with this?

If he's already talked to BM about it and she is so trifling as to not make sure it gets done, I don't think there is anything more you can do short of taking it before a judge. And ugh! That is disgusting that a 6 yr old is responsible enough to tell BM she has homework and the BM won't even address it (

That is really a shame. I just don't understand some women, but I guess when you are trifling what can a person expect? . I don't think that there is anything more that you can do. Your husband has already spoken to her on several occassions.

That's what I figured, but I wanted to double check before we did it.
