hey ladies,

Tell me why MY MOTHER takes it upon D@MN herself to give DH's BM a call about what was going on 2 weeks ago (custody Battle). Now this is where the part of "Im not even close to my mother" statement comes into play. A week ago she go on to tell me to stop talking to my stepfather (the man who raised me) because they are going through a divorce right now. just petty sh!t. Now i really am starting to believe that she going behind my back trying to get back at me for talking to my father. Now my mother is the shadiest person I know and will sugar coat sh!t she has said to people to cover up what she has done. Now she got BM number's from my home phone at my baby's birthday party when BM was calling over and over. I really didn't think into that at the time. I dont know what was really said to BM about what was going on but i do know that she mention the little boy in conversation telling her that we acknowledge the little boy as being my husband ( Flash back this chick has someone else on the birth certificate as the father and has the little boy living with another guy who thinks he is the father) UMMM NO WE DONT!!!! anyway who the hell she to go off and call someone and talk about something that has nothing to do with her ( she stated that she was trying to call me) why does she have BM number saved in her phone anyway (another lie) she then goes on to say that they talked for a while and then BM starting crying about what she has done ( Not that i give a d@mn) my mother has not liked my husband from the day i left her house for his, Now my life is better than hers and i think she trying to mess it up so that i can come running back to her like i need her (UNMMM NOT!!!) she has been playing these little game over and over again she does this annoying sh!t all the time when she tells someone she is going to do something and never follow through then she stops calling and stops answering the phone don't even come by to see her granddaughter for weeks at a time, then she starts back talking to me through a text asking about my child and the cycle keeps going over and over I am at my wits end with this lady she is crazy i have had enough but we have court on tuesday and i am trying to find out what the hell she has told this d@mn nutcase.

How should I approach her with this BS because i am really about to step off into her azz about this shady sh!t.

I think its time you sit down with your mom and set your own boundaries. She has no right calling the BM or telling you who you should and shouldn't talk too. You're mom is in a bitter place now (due to the divorce) and may need you, but she is going about it in the wrong way... clearly. Go easy on her though, she is still your mother. Good Luck. And I am sorry. My mother tends to be over bearing as well.

Oh mrsnix, This is serioius however take a deep breath. Does your mother KNOW anything that could ruin your case in court? or Are you worried that she might have straight lied to BM in order to sabotage your position of argument in court? How did you find out your mother spoke to BM? Did she tell you herself?

Do not allow this incident to take you off focus. Speak to your lawyer and inform him of what occurred and try to figure out your legal strategy and defense of whatever she may have put out there for BM.

Your mother needs therapy and she needs to tend to her own personal problems. Divorce is a very difficult thing, but it sounds like she's been doing things like this for a long time now so this may be something she needs help with. Your mother is your mother but don't let her get in your way. And don't let her into your personal stuff anymore until she gets her ish right.

Well just kept calling me saying that she has something to tell me and then CLICK!! so i tried to call her back but like before no answer, then she called at 11:40 last night and told me. I was so tired i just couldn't say anything to just got off the phone but DH was there listening to what she was saying and like me he didn't agree with anything that she has done but NO my mother has nothing on us or anything i just dont trust her at all from past experiences

Honestly, look at this as a lesson learned. Tell your mother NOTHING from this point on. If you have to seperate yourself from her then do so. Don't let her know anything, don't speak about your stepkids at all. There is absolutely no reason for her to be involved in any way shape or form with the BM. WTH is her problem?

She called BM trying to reach you? Do she really believe the nuts she says out loud? She lost her rights to knowing what's going on in your life. Tell her let BM be her daughter.

Gem-Jay I have already decided to do that, so after trying to get what they talked about out of her earlier i am no longer EVER going to talk about anything dealing my SK's I just cant believe she would do something like that,

Msko- her whole reason was trying to call me which BM and I do have the same middle name which we both do go by that, but my point is i dont sound like a guy and she does, on top of that why is her number saved in her phone, anyway and all she had had to do was say i got the wrong number, and hang up she didn't have to worry about the girl calling back because she has her number blocked through the phone company when ever she calls anyone.

Good luck in court today. I pray the judge can see thru BM bulls@#t! In this matter I hope they request proof (whatever negative thing your mom said) and it will be a bunch of he said she said making her look like a woman spiraling out of control and crazy.
