is the BABY DADDY playin games?

Is there any reason why a man would be extremely persuasive in naming his newborn child after him (aka jr) but when the gf refuses he makes a compromise of okay name him whatever first name you want as long as HE MUST have my first name as his middle name and of course my last name

yet he has no intentions of settling down with this new woman (at least not now) the child is already 6 months old and he is still not "ready" to settle down

this is my sisters situation and I'm not sure what to take of it, she believed that since he was so interested in making sure the baby's name was after him (jr) that they were going to work on starting a family...was she being mislead??
