Well the DNA testing was scheduled for March 3rd and my fiance went. He got a letter in the mail a few days later stating that she did not show up. So he calls the caseworker for child support and turns out that they now have to wait until the court gets involved and go from there. He also found out that she did go down there March 3rd but when she saw him go in, she freaked out and went back home. They go to court on June 4th for yet another date to be scheduled for the DNA testing. I mean for a woman who really wants child support is not acting like it. So instead of this being taken care of we now have to wait til the court date. This is ridiculous oh and I also found out that she has been telling people how much of a crappy father he is because he was proven the father and has not stepped up. OMG I have the proof that she did not show up and he has NOT been determined the father. I am so gonna have to get a restaining order against her now that she knows our address.
