My boyfriend has a 2 1/2 year old daughter. The baby momma just recently had another child with another man and has told his daughters day care not to potty train, shoves a binky in her mouth the moment she picks her up (with us, she doesn't even know it exists!), everything on facebook is about this new child and all the things of my boyfriends daughter make her look so depressed. She never has weather permitting clothes and definitely never has socks when she comes over. He has been to court before the 2nd child (not his btw). Basically, she doesn't even care about her first kid and I am at a loss of what to do. We can't take her to court because we don't have any proof. To top it off, she ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS has a diaper rash but with us, it will clear up. We send her home and get her again and she has another rash. She is not taken care of but we cannot prove it. What do we do? Do we waste the money in court again? Let it go and hope it gets better? She deserves a good life and we don't want her without her mother but she isn't in a healthy environment there and we know it.
