my BM doesn't want the full responsibility of raising our children. She's contempt with the "every other weekend" arrangement we have now cause it grants her the freedom to party on the weekend when i have the children. I have a job opportunity in another state and i want to take my kids with me if i get the job. I'm willing to set her up with an apartment and some start-up cash in this new city so she can still have a significant role in our kids lives. What is the probability of the court giving me full custody so i can make this move?

" I'm willing to set her up with an apartment and some start-up cash in this new city so she can still have a significant role in our kids lives. " This is a joke, right? Okay, I'll play. Is there an existing custody order now? Who is the current custodial parent? If the BM agrees, the courts may give you full custody. Quite honestly, it sounds like the BM has it pretty good so she probably won't legally give you full custody. I mean, why give up her free ride? If you make BM the offer of an apartment and such, she may go along with it. SMH. Setting BM up in an apt? Wow. What obligation do you have to BM? BM should take care of herself. You sound like you are making it too easy for her but that's on you.
