I have been with my fiance for two years now and since we have been together it has been nothing but baby mama drama. In order for him to see his son, he has to spend the night or go to his mama's house to see his son. His son can not come to our house, he can not ride in our car. Now its like every little thing, she calls him to do. She just got new furniture for her new apartment and she called him to put his son's bed together instead of having the delivery people set it up. I am so sick and tired of her and her constant disruption of my relationship. She has told him several times now that they need to work it out for their son. Someone please help me cause I'm going crazy!

Problem is with him, point blank. He shouldnt be only going over there to visit the child. He should be able to pick up the child and go wherever he pleases. Is there a CO for visitation or no?

Exactly! Ladies, stop letting these men make excuses for not getting a proper visitation order and enabling these crazy baby mamas' behavior. There is NO EXCUSE!!

No there is no court order for visitation and child support. I can not force him to go get one if he doesn't want to. Well at this point it doesn't even matter because she finally won. We are no longer together, as of today. He packed up all his belongings and left before I got home. Thank you everyone for your responses, but it was for the best.

I'm so sorry because I know it must hurt, but be strong. He made his choice. It was pretty obvious to the rest of us where his loyalties were. Just please don't make the mistake of putting your life on hold for him or letting him bounce back and forth between the two of you. Because if you let him, he will do it.
