Just got started with Drama. Baby mama starting her crap again. This is not good. Over the last name of a child. What can I do. The baby isn't here yet and she and my son can not agree on the last name.

In cases like this I've read where they hyphenate the childs last name. You can even take this to court and have a judge order it so. Hope this helps.

If she was in my state(Illinois), the unwed father wouldn't have a leg to stand on in court or anywhere else. The BM decides the last name of the child. No judge would order her to hyphenate or give the child the father's last name.
