So we received a letter from the CBM attorney about their child support agreement... my fiance wants a decrease, and when we went to court they actually lowered it by $50, but now he is in the process of lowering it more and put a motion into court to do so... when the BM heard about this she contacted an attorney.... and here's what she said... If BD goes forward with the motion to reduce..she will put in a counter motion to increase...and get this.. she wants HIM to pay for HER lawyer fees!!!! I think this is just a threat... because it seems like the tables are beginning to turn and that if he went through with it the courts would side with him... she wants an increase to around 600!!!!and they (her lawyer) based that off of an income of 18,000 a year! this seems crazy to me ....for one child,bm still lives at home, child is starting school soon so daycare expenses wont count... BM even admitted she just wants the money so she can move out!!...CBM!!!!
