This is a good one for you....how many of you have BMs that have a myspace page? My H's BM has a page and she sends nude photos and meets with guys for money....here's the kicker, she takes the kids out of state to meet these guys!!!!! I KNOW! How insane?!?!? The court system and DCFS will not even consider this as evidence!!!  ?? What the hell? |

Unless Mommy is using her children as drug mules in Columbia, the courts rarely side against BMs. The judicial system at its finest.

LOL, gemmani you are funny. The courts want to see kids with their mom's so unfortunately even when their are bad mom's they often get their kids back. Unless the father can provide a more stable and organized environment for them. I think BD thought he was going to try to hit me with that one so he could get out of paying support. Wasn't going to happen we were unmarried. In cases of unmarried parents the courts do usually side with the mom. I've seen crackheads get their children back.

I agree with gemmani, "The judicial system at its finest."
My brother was blessed. His exwife took him thru it but he saw the same judge each time. The judge figured out that his ex-wife was a lying nutcase. At one point, the jugde told this ex-wife's new lawyer, "I know more about this case than you will ever know." The judge legally could not take the kids away from the ex-wife until he had just cause. The judge essentially let the ex-wife hang herself with her foolishness. The first chance he got, he took the kids from her and gave my brother custody--his ex-wife was granted visitation only and she was ordered to pay my brother child support.
There are some judges who see thru the BM. Any person who would give children back to a crackhead just because she had the children is no better than the crackhead BM. Just because a woman can have a baby, doesn't make her a mom....and it definitely does not make the woman the better parent.

It nice when the judge doesn't automatically side with BMs before hearing the whole story. In our case, fiance walked into the room and the judge lit into him about trying to get over on this "young, defenseless mother". Right. And my name is Joan of Ark.

My ex-sister in law LOOKED innocent too. She looked so sweet and naive. But she was a wolf in sheeps clothing. She had my brother arrested claiming that he physically abused her and threatened her life. She left my brother because she met a WOMAN through an online chat room. People began questioning her about why she left my brother and so she made up this ridiculous story. But my brother's neighbor & I both spoke with her a few days after she left my brother. We spoke with her separately because we were concerned. We both had thee same question (we were trying to figure out what would make a person leave a 7 year marriage). We asked if he had hit her. She told us both the same thing...She left because she did not love my brother. She never loved him. She just married him to get out of a bad situation. This TRICK accused my brother of assault & battery. She had a restraining order issued. After she left my brother in the house with his kids, the police came to my brother's home and gave him 5 MINUTES to grab as much of his stuff as he could fit in his hands. Then he was put out of his home into the street. The police even made him leave his car!!! They had one vehicle at the time and my former sister in law had only worked 1 week in 7 years.
The same judge sat through the assault & battery case and dismissed the charges WITH PREJUDICE (means he did not believe one word out of my sister in laws mouth). My sister in law admitted on the stand that she told both me and the neighbor that my brother did not hit her. ** This woman even had a lawyer hired by the battered women's shelter represent her ** That lawyer figured out that my sister in law was a BOLD FACED LIAR

And, this woman still tries to make my brother miserable. She did not want him but she doesn't want to see him happy either. She even tells their children that their daddy hit her. She still tells all of her lovers (male & female) that my brother hit her. She likes to get peoples sympathy by playing the victim. I don't condone violence but after all that she put him through I would have understood if he had knocked the S**T out of her (JUST ONE GOOD TIME)! ;D

Sound similar to my story (minus the lesbian flings). BM turns on the waterworks and everyone feels sorry for her. Actually the lil wench is quite talented. She can laugh at you while still having tears coming out, so it sounds like crying. Then she'll go to my fiance and mock him........until she calls late at night crying on his voicemail about how she wants him back. So pathetic. This chick cannot bring us down! No matter what she does, it doesn't matter. We will still be happy, and the kids will still love us. I wish she'd understand that and stop spending energy trying to piss us off. Maybe then she'd use that energy to care for her kids, maybe give them a hug or two.
