As if BM/BD drama weren't difficult enough...
I've been learning a good amount about legal processes people can resort to in dealing with BM/BD. But my question is, do these apply to undocumented (or temporary status) couples?
IS there such as a thing as a visitation order or court-ordered child support?
Immigrants in the U.S. do all they can to keep from dealing with the authorities, for fear of being deported.
Seems like it would be a lot more complicated.
Does anyone have experience with this? Any friends who have gone through it?
