How much do you tip your stylist? My stylist doesn't have a shampoo girl/guy, so she does everything herself. But I am used to going to stylist that have a shampoo girl/guy and I would usually tip them. I have only been going to her for about 2 months and she does a lovely job but when it's time to pay her, the awkwardness sets in because I don't want to offend her
