I got a restraining order and pressed charges!

So, this week I am trying to get myself ready to go to my grams funeral...and banana cream pie just keeps harassing me. Phone calls, emails, text.....going bananas. I told her monday after friday nights episode to not contact me anymore. She let it slide for one day then started again, I went and got a temporary restraining order. When that fool got the news that she could not call, text, email or come near my house, job, or anywhere else I am, you think she listened....no she contacted me yelling that as long as he was inn my life....I recorded the conversation and went straight to the police and filed criminal charges. Now, I warned her before hand that she was a teacher and if I pressed criminal charges it would affect her employment..but she just kept on....and made threats that she was going to kick I disagree!!!! For the most part I just ignore banana cream pie but she went to far this week.

you know, my old landlady is a teacher and she still hasn't returned my deposit (it's been two months). she'll be affected too, huh.. if we have to go to court..

tellitlikeitis my fiancee is 9 yrs older than I am. I was still in elementary when they had the first kid. They were never a couple. I have my own stuff to deal with and I have NEVER contacted or dealt with her. She knows I am weak right now and went into attack mode. I am done with her foolishness and if my fiancee wants to deal with it, he is more than welcomed but I am done.

I am just curious....if you don't mind me asking, how is DH handling this? What are his thoughts?

I am so sorry you have to deal with this nonsense while you are grieving. That is really sad, but it just proves that emotionally wounded women absolutely have no sense of good judgement. they just dont and they dont care. they dont care how ridiculous they look and ..... i am just pissed right now that this is happening to you. i mean some things are just off limits. grieving for the loss of your grandmother, cmon now? even the most unreasonably insane person should know enough that if nothing else, lay off, take a break for a week or so, d**n. this woman you are dealing is completely psyschotic(sp) and I am completely happy that you took action. she deserves whatever she gets behind this one.

Omg, that's the worst. I'm so sorry that you have to deal with such an evil person at this time, Ty. What the hell do YOU have to do with HER? How pathetic is she that THIS is how she decides to spend her time? Does she not have a life? Wow, she's so pathetic.

Grams's funeral tomorrow......i'm just trying to be strong for my family. She called my fiancee today saying how could he be with someone who didn't care about his kids....how could he be with someone who would have his kids mom arrested. My fiancee looked at me grabbed my hand and told her we were a team and she brought this on herself. That having kids did not give her the right to be involved in criminal activity and that from now on any threats or demands would be taken seriously...and the courts, and authorities would be notified.....talk about having my back.

Now thats what I'm talkin bout!!!! I am so proud of him. Thats a big step that he took(in BD land) cuz you know a lot of BD dont want to rock the BM boat no matter how wrong she is. Your man has your back and thats really all you need at the day.

I'll keep you in my prayers regarding your grandmother. That loss is one I know twice over.
