So, ever since I got the restraining order and pressed charges....banana cream pie has been real quiet. Has not answered any phone calls from my fiancee, his mom, or anyone else we know. We travel in very small circles. Got new child support order...less money...still no comments. Visitation this week so we will see. Guess BD standing behind me 100% on the press charges issue really worked.....lol.....still waiting for the other shoe to drop though!!!!  |

Cuz you know it will!! But bask in the beauty of her silence for now ;D It ashame these BM's think they got their BD's in total check and now she backs down when she she sees he definitely got yo back. Now I dont even know the chick, but I know most triflin baby mama's have a very unoriginal way of thinking. I guarantee you she is somewhere strategically plotting her next move. She aint gone mess with you car no more, but she is gonna try to do more to emotionally hurt your DH with his child. Ashame  |

She can't go back to CS court for another three years. As far as visitation, already got a court order...there's really nothing more she can do. The restraining order keeps her from calling our home, my job, coming by our house...etc. So she can't really do anything.
