Keia, you know gemanni is not thinking about this forum now. She got married last Friday. She is probably laid flat on her back some where--probably feeling REAL good right about now. She'll see your post in about another month.

Hello, I'm back, lol. What I meant by my statement is that when Youknow is talking about how BD's family doesn't respect her as BM to his child and all this stuff, it sounds like she feels b/c she had a kid that the family should just do everything her way. But what do I know? lol.
All I know is, in the scheme of life all this pettiness and anger that both parties have for the other will mean NOTHING.

Be the bigger person and let him and his family come to HIS sons party with no drama. If there is any drama let it be where you are not the one who starts it. Remember this is YOUR SONS day its his party and the only one who should be throwing any fits is him. Just be adult of the situation and focus on the baby.

I definitely agree. Be the bigger person. I am sure they probably expect you to voice objection to the family coming with him to the party. Dont even give them the satisfaction. This is about your son, and to hell with anyone else. Make sure his day is all that you wanted for him. And if they try to kick off some ish, well, just handle the situation as it arises. Good luck and let us know how everything went
